Welcome to the live demonstration of my WordPress and Make.com automation work. This page explains how to test the automation yourself and see it working in real time.
What this demo includes: A fully responsive WordPress landing page for a fictional dental clinic, connected to a Make.com automation that gives a dynamic response, logs form submissions, detects duplicates, and sends automated emails.

How to test it yourself:
Open both the Apex Dental Care website and the Google Sheets link side by side if possible. Fill in the consultation form on the website using any name, a throwaway email address, and a fictional phone number. Submit the form and watch it give you a dynamic response and the Google Sheets update in real time. Check the email inbox you used — you should receive an automated confirmation email within seconds. Try submitting again with the same email address to trigger the duplicate detection response and automated duplicate detection email.
Recommended: Use a throwaway email from guerrillamail.com to protect your personal information and to see the email response yourself without using real data. All data submitted is being added to a public Google Sheets as well as sent to me via Fluent Forms.
